This gift voucher is the key to unlocking the wonderful craft of stained glass to someone special to you.
The voucher entitles the bearer to a full day small group stained glass workshop at my studio in Birch Vale, High Peak, Derbyshire or any of the other workshops I have places available on in another venue. They will learn how to create their own stained glass ornament or sun catcher. During the day we will cover safety aspects of working with stained glass, the tools required, pattern design, choosing and cutting glass, grinding and fitting, copper foiling, soldering through to finishing the project so that at the end of the day they will walk away with their very own beautiful creation.
I am happy to discuss ideas for designs beforehand or they are more than welcome to use the designs I will bring on the day. All equipment and materials are provided. Refreshments freely available throughout the day but a packed lunch should be brought and suitable closed toe shoes should be worn.
You can choose a small group or 1:1 for the additional cost. They would normally start at around 10:30am and we would aim to finish by 4:30pm depending on the requirements of the group.
Once the gift voucher is purchased we can then arrange a workshop date that is mutually convenient using the delivery address email. The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase date.
This voucher comes with the option to attend a group workshop £110, a 1:1 £205 (choose the preferred option when purchasing) or alternatively, purchase a product or request a commission of the same value.
Choose the ‘Local pickup’ option for the voucher to be emailed to you or alternatively, you may arrange to pick the physical gift voucher up from LindaS Art Glass at no additional charge. If you require a physical voucher posted out, choose the default option and a shipping charge will be added to the total cost.
